INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT OUTPUT FORMS
The FUNDRAISING DIRECTOR is responsible for filling out a Fundraising Output Form and e-mailing it to the VP BD at aiesecatgeorgia@gmail.com NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS after the end of a Fundraising Event/Activity. The output form will be up on the website within a week of the submission.
