On this page, you will find ALL Sales Output forms (Calls, Meetings, and Contracting Process) that other members of the Sales Team have filled out. Read their output in order to better prepare yourself for a Sales Call or Meeting.

FILLING OUT OUTPUT FORMS: INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS
Once you have attended a Sales Call, Meeting, or Contracting Process, fill out the respective output form and e-mail it to Austin Lotz (Sales Director) at lotza@uga.edu NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS after the call/meeting. Your output form will be up on the website within a week of your submission.
