Sales Team Tracker
On this page, there will be a link to a Google Document on which we can keep track of each others' progression through the sales process. The Sales Team Tracker will be maintained by the Sales Director.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO USE GOOGLE DOCS:
1. I have "shared" the Google Doc with all of you. If you didn't receive this e-mail, please let me know asap.
2. In order to view the Google Doc, you must have a Google account WITH THE E-MAIL THAT "SHARED" THE DOCUMENT! For instance, if I shared the doc with "svedala11@yahoo.com", then I would need to have a google account with my YAHOO e-mail address.
3. In order to create a Google account with a non-google e-mail address, go to Google.com and select "Create Google Account." Enter the e-mail address that I shared the document with; otherwise, you won't be able to see it.
4. If you prefer that I share the Google Doc with ANOTHER e-mail address (for instance, a gmail account), just let me know, and I can do that.
5. Once you've created the appropriate Google account, go back to the e-mail you got that said that I "shared a document with you." Click on the link, and you should be able to view the document.

Click here to view/update the Sales Checklist. Remember that we are now working in pairs. The Google Doc has been shared with the entire Sales Team, so everyone can view it and edit their checklist.

- Lead Generation
- Call (Cold or Warm)
- Follow up with Call
- Meeting(s)
- Fill out the Contract with the Company
- Sign the Contract
